URGENT HELP Request

UPDATE: Transport of the poinsettias has been arranged. Thank you to those who shared this post and to those who reached out to offer solutions.

Good Afternoon Kindergarten Parents/Guardians, (WES Supporters)
As you know, recently the K.A.P. sent forms out for our poinsettia fundraiser. This is a very successful fundraiser each year, and this year was no different-our kindergarten classes did phenomenally, selling over 200 poinsettias!
With that said, we are emailing as we have run into an URGENT snag. Due to issues beyond our suppliers control, we are suddenly finding ourselves without heated transportation for the poinsettias from Lloydminster to Wainwright. Without heated transportation, the poinsettias will not survive the trip from Lloydminster to Wainwright. We are reaching out to ask if there is anyone that might have ideas for or has access to a heated truck that has the capability to carry 40 cases of 12 poinsettias from Lloydminster to Wainwright on November 23, 24, or 25. Unfortunately, if we do not find transportation by tomorrow, OCTOBER 27, we will have to issue refunds and find another fundraiser on top of the Kinderwalk fundraiser in February.
Secondly, we are reaching out due to the fact that we did not have any parents in any of the 3 classes indicate that they could help to distribute poinsettias on the day they arrive. It is imperative that we have several volunteers helping out that day to ensure that the distribution goes quickly and smoothly. If you are able to volunteer please consider letting the K.A.P.  know so that we can put your name on this list.
If you have any ideas, please email Ravyn Denkowycz (rdenkowycz@live.ca) A.S.A.P. so that we can move forward as quickly as possible. We appreciate your cooperation!
Sincerely,
Kindergarten Association of Parents
