A mission statement is like a roadmap for where you want to go and how you want to get there.
It can guide you in your daily decision making, by giving you a set of principles or core values that can help you decide:
-what you want to do,
-how you want to act, and
-what you will prioritize.
Along with our WES Mission, Vision and Mantra, many our students collaborate as a class to develop their own classroom mission statements each year that will guide them and help them create a culture in which everyone can be happy, thrive and be successful.
